Sukkot  is commonly known as "The festival of shelters"

It is a Biblical Jewish holiday that we will be embracing here at nursery for the W/C 20.09.2021

Sukkots are hut-like structures that people from the Jewish community lived in during the 40 years of travel through the wilderness after the exodus from Egypt. The Sukkah also respresents the notion that all existence is fragile and therefore; this special time is used to appreciate the shelter of our homes and our bodies.
