Sunshine Room - Big Question - Term 1.1 - What Do I Know About Me?

It is the start of a brand new year at Sandy Lane Nursery and Forest School. Once again, it has been lovely to welcome back so many of our children from Garden Room and Sunshine Room, as well as welcoming our new children and families. The children have been AMAZING and settled well into the nursery routine. 

This term our big question is...

What do I know about me?

Over the coming term the children will be exploring this question during hello time and throughout their sessions, they will find out about themselves and their bodies. We will be looking at our bodies and naming different parts as well as talking about what they do and how we can use them. We will be talking about our homes and families and the people that are special to us. We will also be exploring our favourites... Colours, animals; places to play! 

The children will have a special visit from our friend Claire from Little Movers! 

It is going to be a very busy term full or fun and learning! Look out for our gallery items showing some of these activities!
