Forest School this Half Term - Term 1.1 2025/26

Class: Garden Room Year: 2025 - 2026

This half term has been a busy one in our forest.

The returning children have introduced their new friends to the forest, sharing all the areas and activities they like to participate in.

We have re-established our rules of;

Good Looking and Good Listening

Kind Hands

No Picking, no licking 

Up to the Sky and down to the ground -  how to hold sticks safely.

Over the half term the children have made mud play dough faces, looked for mini-beasts, taken part in colour hunts, made forest portraits and much more!

We have also been able to start having fire for snack time and have introduced the children to a variety of fire cooked snacks.
