2022 Ducklings

Class: Rainbow Room Year: 2021 - 2022

We have had an EGGxtra special delivery in nursery this term...

Some special eggs arrived in their incubator and we all wondered what could be inside!? After a few days they began to crack and out hatched some beautiful little ducklings! Some were brown and some were yellow and we learnt about how we can tell the difference between the males and females. 

They quickly began to grow and run around in their cage or splash in the water. Each child was supported to spend some time engaging with the ducklings and it was a wonderful experience for everyone! How EGGciting!!
