2022-23 Term 1.2 Why are there so many leaves on the ground?

Our Big Question this half term is "Why are there so many leaves on the ground?"

We will be thinking about this in our Family groups starting off by finding out if any of the children know why there are so many leaves on the ground, where have they come from?

We will be exploring leaves, making pictures with them, printing with paints and doing leaf rubbings. We will be thinking about Autumn and the sort of clothes we need to wear and what festivals we might celebrate.  We will also be learning some Autumn makaton signs and an Autumn poem.
