Lesson: Understanding the World

At the beginning of the term we visited the garden centre and purchased some beautiful flowers to plant in our nursery garden. We brought thme back to nursery and we spent some time digging holes and planting what we had bought. Since then we have been busy taking care of the plants in our garden. The children really enjoy filling up the watering cans and making sure all the plants have had a big drink so that they can grow!
