Trying out Yoga- Autumn - 2023/24

Class: Garden Room Year: 2023 - 2024

Yesterday a lady called Jen visited us to show us some yoga moves. We each had a special yoga mat to sit on and Jen used a little bell to start the session. We then leant some new and different yoga poses and we had a really good go at copying them. 

At the end of the session we all lay down, as still as we could, and then the yoga monkey came and tickled our feet to wake us up again.

We thanked the Sun and the Earth, then each other and ended with a special yoga word... Namaste!
